RHS MakerSpace @ Reidsville High School

The MakerSpace at Reidsville High School is a place where students can research information and tap into new and innovative ways for expression.

The MakerSpace has an array of books and resources to help you navigate through your studies and assist when writing your paper and working on your projects.

Our MakerSpace also has several stations that enable our students to learn new skills that could possible turn in life-long careers. We offer a design area that has heat transfer machines, a 3D Printer area which allows students to come up with non-traditional methods of solving problems, a Makey Makey station that exposes students to coding, a audio and recording station, and a photo lab complete with lights and backdrops to allow students to express themselves in a creative matter.

We are excited about what our students are creating and the strides they are taking to better themselves and their communities.

So come by, check out a book, read, type a paper, or use a MakerSpace Station to complete a project today!

Mission Statement:

To create life-long learners of education and research to unlock the possibilities of tomorrow through MakerSpace activities and programs.

Meet Miss Howell

Reading is very important! You have to read with everything that you do in life. Reading is a fundamental block that has to be in place in order to build one's knowledge base and capacity to grow. It is through reading that we learn and evolve.
